Medea commits infanticide to exact revenge on her husband for abandoning her in the Greek Tragedy by Euripides.  Their innocence and and victim status was accentuated by their white costume and stillness. The puppets became a focus in this lavish production and elicited a strong response from the audience.

I was commissioned to make the two brothers by Wesley College as Bunraku puppets and I carved PE30 foam for the head and limbs as it is so light for novice puppeteers to use.
